Campaign Operations

Owns the calendar and the accounts. The reason a monthly program stays monthly.

Scoped to the raise, not to a package.

01

Conversation

Thirty minutes on the firm, the raise, the investors you want and what you have today.

02

Proposal

A written scope built around your timeline and your audience. No packages, no tiers.

03

Build

Strategy first, then the assets. A named team, a schedule, and work you review as it goes.

04

Run

Campaigns in market, measured monthly, with the reporting that shows what moved.

The things GPs ask us first.

Do you work with institutional managers or with operators raising private capital?

Both, and the work overlaps more than people expect. A fund manager raising from pensions and endowments needs an institutional-grade site, disciplined LP communications and a credible research voice. An operator building a private investor base needs the same things pointed at a different audience. We start from the audience and work backwards.

Are you a placement agent?

Corollary Studio is a marketing firm, and marketing is what we sell — nothing we do is contingent on capital raised. Certain of our principals are also registered representatives of March Capital Corporation, a broker-dealer registered with FINRA and a member of SIPC, so where a placement makes sense we can support it through March Capital. We will always be clear about which of the two we are doing.

What does an engagement cost?

It depends on scope, and we would rather tell you honestly after one conversation than publish a number that fits nobody. Most firms start with a short strategy engagement, which is a fraction of a full build and determines what the rest should be.

Who writes the content?

Our editorial team — the same people who write Thesis Driven. That is the difference between content investors read and content that sits on a page. Every piece is reviewed by someone who has worked on the capital side.

How do you handle securities marketing rules?

We build to the standard your counsel sets, we are fluent in what general solicitation does and does not allow, and we route materials through your compliance review before anything goes out. We do not contact your investors about your offering — you do.

How long does a website take?

Typically eight to twelve weeks from kickoff, depending on how much video and original writing is involved. Investor rooms and deal pages can go live in stages, so you are not waiting on the whole build to start collecting names.
